ShareJajpur (Orissa): Two persons were killed and as many critically injured after being by hit by the New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express in Orissa's Jajpur district today, police said.
The mishap occurred near Jajpur Road level crossing when four persons were crossing the railway tracks.
While two of them were killed on the spot, the rest were being treated in the nearby Jajpur Road Area Hospital.
"The condition of the two injured is very critical", Nishikanta Kar, additional district medical officer, Jajpur, said.
Though the identify of the deceased was yet to be established, police said the men were believed to be daily labourers.
