As many as 22 people, including 15 women, allegedly involved in flesh trade, were arrested from a red-light area here, police said today.
The women who were arrested during a raid yesterday, hailed from Bihar, Assam and West Bengal, police said adding, they were lured into the trade on the pretext of marriage.
Some of them had taken it as profession to support their families, they added.
