Surat girl goes missing in Ahmedabad

A 24-year-old girl who boarded a Pawan Travels bus from Surat on Friday afternoon for Ahmedabad has gone missing. Unnati Dogariya, a resident of Girnar Society, Nani Vanch in Surat, was headed to city to appear for MD examination.  

Dogariya, who completed her MBBS from BJ Medical College in Civil Hospital, used to stay at her uncle's house in Odhav area of city. She had gone back to her native place in Surat after completing her MBBS. She was to get down at Thakkarnagar at 8:30 pm on Friday night. But when she failed to reach home, her parents and relatives began searching for her.   

As cops don't register a complaint for one day after a person goes missing, Odhav police lodged a non-cognizable missing case only on Saturday night and commenced their search operations to trace the missing girl.
