Sonia Gandhi to visit Mizoram in February

UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi would visit Mizoram during February to lay the foundation of the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium here, an official statement said today.
    
Sonia has informed her intention to visit this north-eastern state to chief minister Lal Thanhawla on Monday night at the dinner hosted in honour of the visiting Bangladesh prime minister Sheikh Hasina, it said.

Lal Thanhawla has also invited Bangladeshi High Commissioner Tariq Hussain to visit the proposed Indo-Bangladesh border trade centre at Kawrpuichhuah in south Mizoram, the statement added.
