Seven more complaints filed against Haresh Panchal in Gujarat

It seems victims of Ponzi schemes have decided to come forward to file more complaints against the operators of  the fraudulent schemes in which investors have lost crores of rupees.

On Monday, seven more such investors came forward to file complaints against Haresh Panchal, and three investors against Imitiyaz Saiyed.

A cop in Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) told DNA that seven complainants have mentioned in their complaint against Haresh Panchal that they were cheated of Rs26.30 lakhs by the promoter of Sharddha Saburi Consultancy.

“They were promised several times that they would get their dues on their investments, but the promises were never kept,” a cop said.

Out of the seven complainants against Panchal, police have registered FIR of one complainant, while the rest six have been made witnesses in the case. The police have tightened the screws to find out the key conspirators in the case.

Meanwhile, sources said three more investors of Imtsons Investment Pvt Ltd have filed complaints against the company’s managing director Imtiaz Saiyed. “We are searching for the agents who had collected the money on behalf of Saiyed,” police source said. All the complaints were filed late in the evening on Monday.

However, the police expect more victims to come forward in the next few days.
