Rushabh Patel becomes new GIHED president

Rushabh Patel of Parshwanath Group of Companies was elected as president of Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers (GIHED) at the annual general meeting of the association on Tuesday. Ashish Patel was elected secretary.

Rushabh, executive partner in Parshwanath Group of Companies, replaced Suresh Patel of Surya Group. Former secretary of GIHED Dipak Patel has been included in the new five-member team as vice-president. Also, Umang Thakkar, chairman and managing director of Dharmadev Infrastructure and Yogesh Bhavsar of Vyapti Group of Companies have been retained as honorary treasurer and vice-president of GIHED respectively. 

Speaking on the development, Rushabh said that he will try to find out solutions to real estate queries. “We will focus on accountability rather than aspiration,” he added.
