The RJD today said it would support any anti-BJP formation in Jharkhand as suspense remained high over which party would first stake claim to form the seventh
government in a little over nine years of the state's existence.

"Any anti-BJP dispensation will get our support," RJD's Jharkhand unit general secretary Manohar Yadav told PTI.

The RJD, which has got just five seats, down by two from the previous House, had been the 'king-maker' during the formation of Madhu Koda and Shibu Soren governments after the fall of the BJP-led NDA government in September 2006.

Bidesh Singh, who won as independent from Panki seat, had been elected on a RJD ticket from the same seat in 2005.
