Separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani today demanded revocation of state government's order to issue Dogra certificates to residents of Jammu saying it had the potential to harm communal harmony.
Any amendment in the order would not be accepted, the chairperson of the hardline faction of the Hurriyat Conference said in a statement here.
"The order should be revoked immediately as it has the potential to harm the communal brotherhood and damage the geographical unity of Jammu and Kashmir," Geelani said.
The Hurriyat hawk has called for a shutdown on Monday against the decision.
