Rail traffic disrupted in Khagaria

Rail traffic was disrupted for several hours following derailment of a bogie of the Guwahati-Dadar Lokmanya Tilak Express in Bihar's Khagaria district today, Railway sources said.
     
A sleeper coach suddenly derailed when the train was running at a slow pace because of obstructions on the tracks at Mansi junction under Sonepur division of East Central Railway.
     
Following the derailment several trains were stopped at Naugachia, Pasraha, Khagaria and Lakho stations for a few hours, the sources said.
      
Normal train services were restored after engineers removed the bogie with cranes, the sources said.
