Paradip-Bhubaneswar Intercity Express extends to Puri

As announced in the Railway Budget, the ministry of Railways has decided to extend Paradip-Bhubaneswar Intercity Express till Puri.
       
This will come into effect from January 1,  2010, a release issued by the East Coast railway said.
       
8414 Puri-Paradip Intercity Express will leave Puri at 6 am daily and reach Paradip at 10 am.
       
In the return journey, 8413 Paradip-Puri Intercity Express will leave Paradip at 6.00 pm and arrive at Puri at 10.45 pm.
       
8414 Puri-Paradip Express and 8416 Puri-Kendujhar Express will start from Puri in the form of a single train (Kendujhar portion in front part and Paradip portion in rear
part along with power of 8414 Puri-Paradip Express). At Cuttack, both the trains will be bifurcated and front portion will go to Kendujhar and rear portion will start to Paradip.

In the return journey, both the trains will run separately.
