Panun Kashmir today accused Jammu and Kashmir and central governments of failing to deal with the situation in Kashmir.
"The state and central government have failed to control the security situation in Kashmir. They had handled it badly", Panun Kashmir Convenor Agnishakhar told reporters here today.
He said "mentors of separatists across the border and in the state have set in motion the process of weakening the territorial and constitutional link between Jammu and Kashmir and state of India."
Agnishekhar said "the organised attack on security forces by organise of stone-pelters is a sinister design to paint security forces in black in order to make way for demilitarization of the state as propounded by separatists".
