Over 170 fined for straying into C'Wealth Games lanes

Over 170 people were today fined in the national capital for straying into lanes reserved for Commonwealth Games traffic in New Delhi.

"We have fined 129 people and issued notices to another 43 for deliberately entering the Games lanes in different parts of the city," a senior police official said.

Delhi Police has for the first time fined 17 people on Sunday and 100 yesterday for violating the provision for Commonwealth Games lane.
