Nitsh Kumar seeks JD(U) nominee's victory

Describing that he missed the company of former Panchayati Raj, BC and EBC Minister Hari Prasad Sah, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today urged the voters for victory of the JD(U) nominee in the by-poll to Laukaha assembly seat.

"I miss the presence of Sah during decision-making process of the government. As a token of gratitude to the departed leader, the party decided to give ticket to his son Sanjay Kumar Prasad," he said at an election meeting.

Prasad is JD(U) candidate for the by-poll to be held on November 30 and Sah presented Laukaha seat for three terms till his death recently.

He said the state government has taken a lot of developmental measures for the state.

The state government has taken special measures to ensure that the fruits of development and welfare schemes did reach to the lowest strata of the society.
