Naxalites kill accomplice in Bihar

Members of proscribed CPI(Maoist) kidnapped and killed an associate in Bihar's Munger district on finding that he had turned traitor.

Deputy superintendent of police (Kharagpur) A Chandra said here that the associate, a resident of Prakhando village was kidnapped from nearby Banvarsha village late last night and his body was found today with his throat slit.

The naxalites left a leaflet saying that the associate was killed for being a traitor and working aginst the organisation, Chandra said.
