Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi didn't miss the chance to hurl corruption charges at the Congress led UPA government on Saturday, but he stopped short of naming anybody. The CM was speaking as chief guest at the 54th National Annual Technical Convention of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) at Rajpath Club in the city.

In his speech, Modi spoke about effective use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) by various departments of Gujarat government and its successful results. Claiming that use of technology can bring transparency in the government administration, the CM said, "Whole country is troubled by corruption. People's mindset has become such that while switching on the television or opening newspapers they are thinking, 'who has gone to jail today or who is the next to go to jail'."
