In the wake of Mumbai serial blasts, Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi today asked Indians to stand united in their fight against terrorist forces and help destroy them.
Speaking at a function to interact with members of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FICCI-FLO) here, Modi prayed for strength to save the nation from the continued attacks on its innocent citizens and appealed to people to put up a united fight against the global scourge.
Prior to addressing the members of FICCI-FLO, he also expressed condolences to the affected persons in the Mumbai blasts yesterday. One-minute silence was also observed in the memory of all those killed, before the start of the function.
