Swedish model Lucky Amori Farmhouse, a crucial witness in the police-drug peddler nexus case is now back home in her country after spending almost a month in Mumbai, after Goa police failed to give her any date for deposition in the matter.

"I am back in Sweden now. They (police) have not given me any date to be in Goa," Lucky said via email on Friday.

She said the Goa crime branch contacted her only once when she was in Mumbai asking for her metropolis address.

"They have only contacted me once and asked for my Mumbai address. I told them about my travel plans," Lucky, who was in Mumbai for a music video and commercial shoot, said.

In the backdrop of High Court seeking clarification on whether the case would be handed over to the CBI, the Crime Branch was groping in darkness over Lucky's Mumbai address.

Deputy inspector general of police Ravindra Yadav had said that they are ready to take deposition of Lucky any time, if she makes herself available to police.

He had claimed that Lucky was not co-operating with them although they want her deposition as soon as possible.

Lucky said that she is ready to cooperate with the police, if they give her the date.

"They have not give me any date to be in Goa. Yet I will try to change my planned trip to Goa in August and come in early July instead," she said.

The model said she will book a flight when they give her a date, "hopefully very soon".

Lucky who exposed the nexus by shooting a confession of her former boyfriend Yaniv Benaim alias Atala on a spy cam had earlier said that she has lot of evidence which she had not put on You Tube.

The model, who spent time with Atala in Goa before leaving for Sweden in 2008, had claimed that son of a senior politician was visiting their place, regularly.

Seven policemen were suspended and arrested after the You Tube video was aired by media.

Crime Branch has initiated inquiry into the entire nexus, which allegedly involves former Anti Narcotic Cell chief Ashish Shirodkar.

Goa government has refused to hand over the case to CBI even as main opposition BJP had said that investigation by independent agency like CBI is mandatory in such cases where policemen are involved.
