Minor in Surat molested by headmaster

An 11-year-old returns home from school dazed and refuses to go to school the next morning.

Fearing corporal punishment may be the deterring cause; Sana's (name changed) parents prodded their kid to know the exact reason for refusal, but was left shell-shocked from her revelation.

It was the principal of the municipal school at Kosad which Sana attended, who allegedly molested her the day before in the afternoon.

Later in the afternoon, angry parents found support in neighbours and sympathizers who stormed the school and thrashed the errant principal. They then went to the police to lodge a complaint against him. Sana, a resident of EWS quarters at Kosad studies in Std V at school no. 83 within the township. 

On Thursday afternoon, when Sana was reportedly walking towards her home after school, the school principal Jayram Bhanseria, allegedly stopped her.  He then told Sana that he wants to chat with her and took her to the backside of the school. 

However, Bhanseria allegedly started to grope her. A shocked Sana revealed to her parents that when the principal repeated his act, the frightened girl immediately ran towards her home. Her parents only learnt about the whole incident the next morning.
