She talked about these qualities by giving simple real life examples. "Today, more nations are facing economic crisis. More children have been orphaned due to war, terrorism and natural calamities. So far mankind has failed to find a solution to some of the pressing problems like global warming and climate change.

But now it is time for every individual to ask himself what he can do to help improve the situation," said Amma. She said that egos have become more infectious than swine flu. "We don't want to part with even the smallest of things," she said. Amma also emphasised on keeping the youth away from the evil of drugs.

"Youth are our future. They are like flowers but we need to ensure that the pests of drugs do not spoil them," she said.
