Man held for forging documents to obtain US visa in Chennai

A 24-year-old man was arrested here today on charges of producing fake documents to obtain visa from the US consulate here.
  
Police said Venkataramana, a school dropout, had forged documents to show that he was the proprietor of an export company to obtain a US visa, but officials at the Consulate detected it.
   
Later, based on a complaint by the consulate, police arrested Venkataramana who hails from Bangalore.
