The main accused in the threat calls made to late VHP leader Swami Laxamananda Saraswati's girls residential school was today arrested from his hideout in Bhadrak district, police said.

The main accused in the threat calls made to late VHP leader Swami Laxamananda Saraswati's girls residential school was today arrested from his hideout in Bhadrak district, police said.

"Kunja Bihari Rout alias Buttan was arrested from Bhadrak and four mobile phones were seized from his posession,"  Kandhamal SP S Praveen Kumar told reporters here adding that the cell phone used in making threrat call was, however, destroyed by the accused.

Stating that Rout hailed from Bhuban area in Dhenkanal area, the SP said he was staying at Tumudibandha for some time. Rout was a close associate of the two others earlier arrested in this case, the SP said.

"The entire dispute was personal in nature and related to the internal affairs of the Ashram," the SP said.
