Dismissing the charges levelled by BJP against her government, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today said the opposition party has no right to call her administration corrupt as it "welcomes" people who are involved in graft.

She also went full throttle against the BJP for raising the issue of Lok Ayukta "indicting" Congress leaders despite President Pratibha Patil dismissing the ombudsman's orders on her cabinet colleague Raj Kumar Chauhan and asked whether the opposition was trying to challenge the President.

"They (BJP) talk about corruption. What are you people doing on that? You people welcome those who are corrupt. You have taken corruption to your hearts. We saw this in Uttar Pradesh recently," she said, referring to BJP inducting former minister Babu Singh Kushwaha into its fold.

Dikshit was replying to the debate on the Motion of Thanks to Lt governor's address on the floor of the house.

She also accused the BJP members of leaving the house after demanding discussions on various issues. The BJP members were evicted from the house after they insisted that several issues that concern common man be discussed despite Speaker Yoganand Shastri refusing permission.

"This has been happening for the last 13 years...old habits die hard. The opposition was today insisting on a discussion on power whereas it did not care to get it included in the business of the house," she said.

On Lok Ayukta issue, Dikshit said the President had rejected the order by the ombudsman recommending the removal of Chauhan after receiving replies from her government and the Union home ministry.

"The President has rejected it. Everybody (opposition members) think they are above everything. It is the right of President of India to either accept or reject. You are going to challenge the President of India also?" she asked.
