For PGPX student, Vandana Sinha, the convocation came as a form of relief. "I was completing my course, while I was simultaneously taking care of my two children - a three-year-old and an 8-year-old - but yet, the experience was wonderful. I am taking home with me great amount of learning experience, while studying at IIMA, interacting with fellow colleagues and my professors," she said.
Sinha also said that while IIMA's ambience helped nurture her thoughts, the course helped her increase her network with other colleagues - teachings that she will carry for a lifetime.
Similar views were shared by PGP-ABM student, Aditya Panda, who said: "Words cannot express the way I feel today during my convocation. The journey so far has been a great learning experience."
Shantanu Shekhar, a PGP student will miss his friends but hopes to travel with them in his journey of life. Getting nostalgic, he said: "The one thing I will miss as soon as I walk out of the campus is the campus itself. This great institute has taught me many things with respect to my education and life per se. Here I met great classmates who have turned friends for life and also experienced professors, who became my guides for life. I am proud to be a passout today."
Getting his snaps clicked in his convocation outfit with his family, PGPX student Gagan Chopra said, "Although passing out from IIMA has been a great relief today, I am also extremely proud. Words fall short to describe the thrill within me."
