Landmine recovered in Samba, defused

Acting on an information provided by a farmer, troops of 182 BSF battalion rushed to village Khodada near the Indo-Pak border in Samba district and recovered the mine.

An anti-personal mine was today recovered by the BSF from an agriculture land near the Indo-Pak border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Acting on an information provided by a farmer, troops of 182 BSF battalion rushed to village Khodada near the Indo-Pak border in Samba district and recovered the mine, police officials said.

The mine was later defused, they added.
