Kurukshetra University postpones admissions in view of floods

Each admission related activity has been postponed by seven days and the admission process will now start on July 17, a release release stated.

The Kurukshetra University today postponed by a week its admission schedule for various post graduate courses for the academic session 2010-2011, keeping in view the flood situation in some districts of Haryana.

Earlier, the admissions were slated to start from today and continue till July 16, a University release said here.

Each admission related activity has been postponed by seven days and the admission process will now start on July 17, the release added.

Kurukshetra was one of the worst-affected districts of the state which was ravaged by floods this week.
