Kingfisher flight makes unscheduled landing

An aircraft of Kingfisher airline on Saturday made an unscheduled landing at LNJPN International airport here after a passenger fell sick. The Kolkata-New Delhi flight IT 606 of the private airline landed at 7.30 am when 17-year-old Ritu complained of breathlessness, a spokesman for Kingfisher airline, Prakash told PTI. The girl was immediately rushed to Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences where her condition was stated to be stable. The plane left for onward journey after about 75 minutes, he said.
