JeM militant arrested in J&K

A militant of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) outfit was arrested along with a grenade in Anantnag district of South Kashmir today, a police spokesman said.

Qaiser Ahmad Dar, a resident of Hatiwara-Lathpora village, was arrested from the main bus stand in Anantnag district town, 55 km from here, the spokesman said.

Dar, a locally trained militant of JeM outfit, was moving with a grenade when he was intercepted and arrested by police, the spokesman said, adding the explosive device was seized from his possession.
