The army today arrested three Kuki militants in South Assam's Cachar district and seized huge cache of arms and ammunition from their possession.
    
Acting on a tip off, the army arrested three Kuki ultras -- Kelvin Nakulsa, Champai Sippon and Laikola Kangun - from Bhuban Hill under Lakhipur police station, defence sources said.
    
The army seized 56 AK-56 rifles, nine SLR guns, two motor guns, 11 powerful bombs, 19 magazines of SLR, five machine guns, one rifle, one barrel of LMG and 5,000 assorted explosives from their possession.
