Heroin worth Rs2.5 Crore seized in Bihar

Contraband heroin weighing 2.75 Kg was seized by SSB personnel near Bahadur Ganj police station on Indo-Nepal border of Bihar's Kishanganj district today, SSB commandent Ajay Kumar said.
 
The value of the seized heroin was estimated to be Rs2.5 crore in the international market, Kumar said.

One person was taken into custody for interrogation in this connection, he added.
