Swine flu scare in the country has sent the J&K government into a tizzy ahead of the Amarnath Yatra starting June 15.

Authorities in Kashmir are taking no chances as lakhs of devotes from different states and abroad are expected to undertake the pilgrimage to the holy cave shrine of Lord Shiva. J&K health department is setting up a screening center to check the pilgrims for any strain of H1N1 strain at Qazigund and isolation wards at Sonamarg and Pahalgam to quarantine suspected people. More than five lakh people are expected to visit the cave shrine.
