In the recent selection process conducted by the Centre for Environment Education (CEE), to pick the team that will go to Durban for UN's convention on climate change, students from Gujarat could only make it to the top 100. Out of the 100, two were from Rachna School, and one from Anand Niketan School, Shilaj. However, of the top 20 students, none were from Gujarat.

Furthermore, these 20 students participated in the National Leadership Workshop, 'Coming Together Today to Save Tomorrow' from October 17-19 at CEE.
