Fraudster Ashok Jadeja thrashed

After his wife, it was the turn of fraudster Ashok Jadeja to be thrashed. Jadeja, the godman-turned-conman, was thrashed by a group of co-accused on Saturday in the Mirzapur district court campus.

Jadeja and few others were arrested for duping people of crores of rupees. He and his associates had collected money from the poor and promised them thrice the amount in return.

The incident happened after Jadeja’s wife, Nitu, who is also an accused in the case, lodged a complaint against nine people including four women for beating her up in the court campus earlier this week. 

The four women were wives of the co-accused in the case. While in court, the co-accused began abusing Jadeja for the complaint against their wives. The heated exchange ended with the group of accused thrashing Jadeja in the presence of the judge. The security personnel intervened and took Jadeja to safety.
