Four killed in clash between CPI(M) and Congress supporters in West Bengal

Four persons were today killed in a clash between CPI(M) and Congress supporters in Murshidabad district, police said here.
 
The supporters of the two parties clashed at Ghughupara under Islampur police station over the election of a school management committee, IGP (law and order) Surajit Kar Purakayastha said.
 
Three persons were detained for interrogation in this regard.
 
Tension was prevailing in the area and senior police officers have rushed to the spot.
