Fog, Gujjar stir disrupt train services

Railways today cancelled services of nine trains and rescheduled the departure timings of eight others due to fog and Gujjar agitation.

"As many as 36 trains are running several hours behind schedule because of the foggy condition and Gujjar agitation," said a senior Northern Railway official.

Jammu-Ahmedabad Sarvodaya Express, Delhi-Howrah Janta Express and Nizamuddin-Mumbai Rajdhani were among the nine trains which were cancelled.

Among others New Delhi-Mumbai Rajdhani, New Delhi-Jabalpur Express, Maharashtra Sampark Kranti Express were rescheduled.
