Family of three commit suicide in Karnataka

A labourer and his wife committed suicide by consuming poison mixed food after administering the same to their one-year-old child at Nuggikere village on the outskirts of the city today, police said

They said the man's first wife had quarrelled with him and was staying away. Meanwhile, he married for the second time and had a child. His first wife suddenly started intervening and disturbing his family life, which drove him to take the extreme step, they said.
