Police tonight picked up two surrendered militants in Kishtwar for questioning in connection with the HuJI email claiming responsibility for Wednesday's blast outside the Delhi High Court.

The investigation team picked up two more persons -- Irshad Ahmed and Farooq Ahmed -- both surrendered militants, from Kishtwar town and were taken for questioning, officials said, adding their computers have also been seized for scanning.

Police yesterday detained Sohaib, a BA first-year student of Degree Government College in Kishtwar and a resident of Astaan Mohalla, for purportedly sending the HuJI e-mail.

Others who were picked up and quizzed in this regard include Global Cyber Cafe owner Mehmood Aziz Khawja, his brother Majid Aziz, Manager Ashwami, Imran, Ashiq Hussain and Sunny.

Investigators had traced the HuJI email claiming responsibility for the Delhi blast to a cyber cafe in Kishtwar and detained six persons in this connection including the cyber cafe owner.

A team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA), probing the blast, has returned to Delhi after camping here for the last few days.

The HuJI email was sent from a cyber cafe in Kishtwar from the address 'harkat-uljihadi2011@gmail.com'. The outfit had on Wednesday claimed responsibility for the deadly explosion that killed 13 people and injured over 80.

"We owe responsibility of the blast at the High Court, Delhi. Our demand is that Afzal Guru's death sentence should be repealed immediately as we would target major high courts and the Supreme Court of India," the email had claimed.

Delhi Police has in the past arrested several HuJI militants from the national capital.
