Dacoits loot businessman's house in Orissa

A four-member gang of robbers looted cash and gold ornaments from the house of a Rajgangpur-based businessman, Lalit Kumar Jalan here, the police said.
 
Rajgangpur police said the armed dacoits broke open the first-floor asbestos roof of kitchen and threatened the servant Sraban Kumar Mahato at gunpoint to follow Jalan's bedroom in the ground floor.
 
The servant followed the direction of dacoits and woke up the house owner.
 
Jalan obeyed the direction of dacoits and handed over the keys of his iron chest. They looted the money and ornaments, the police said.
