Congress won't be allowed to vitiate law at Bhatta Parsual: BSP

Minister for Panchayati Raj Swami Prasad Maurya alleged Congress and Rahul Gandhi were playing a political drama and they had nothing to do with the interest of farmers.

Terming Congress as anti-farmers, BSP government in Uttar Pradesh today said that the party and its leader Rahul Gandhi will not be allowed to vitiate law and order at Bhatta Parsaul village, which recently witnessed clashes between the police and farmers .
"No one be it Congress party or Rahul Gandhi will be allowed to vitiate law and order of Bhatta Parsaul," state Minister for Panchayati Raj Swami Prasad Maurya said, referring to Congress plan to hold a kisan panchayat at the Greater Noida village.

He alleged Congress and Rahul were playing a political drama and they had nothing to do with the interest of farmers.

The minister asserted the BSP government believes in democratic practice, but attempts that affect law and order will be thwarted.
