A complaint charging BJP leader LK Advani and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister SK Modi with disturbing traffic and misusing public money for Jan Chetna Yatra was filed in the chief judicial magistrate court here today in Patna.

A former village head Dev Kumar and others filed the complaint in the court of CJM, Patna, RK Yadav seeking to book Advani and Modi under sections 341 (wrongful restrain) and 342 (wrongful confinement) of the Indian Panel Code.

They alleged that the traffic in and around Patna was badly disturbed and general public were wrongfully restrined from movement. Even school children bore the brunt of the Yatra against corruption. They also alleged that there was gross misuse of public money for making the yatra successful in Bihar. The petitioners urged the court to order Patna police to register the case against the two leaders. The court fixed October 15 as the next date for hearing the case.
