Chidambaram visits Delhi blast site

He said the terror module behind the attack was not identified, adding that the investigation will be entrusted to NIA and that the blast site has been cordoned off.

Home Minister P Chidambaram today visited the site outside the Delhi High Court where a blast left nine persons dead.

Chidambaram reached the site a little after 1 PM and interacted with senior Delhi Police officials and others.

Investigators briefed Chidambaram about the bomb blast.

The Home Minister was at the spot for 10 minutes and left the site without speaking to waiting mediapersons.

Chidambaram also interacted with judges of the Delhi High Court during his visit to the blast site.

All the high court judges including Chief Justice Dipak Misra visited the spot.
