Ahmedabad woman accuses her husband of adultery

A woman has filed a complaint with Satellite police station, against her husband alleging him of indulging in an illicit relationship with a woman, who was staying as a paying guest at their house. 

Nila Shah, in her complaint has alleged that her husband, Shailesh Shah was having an affair with Rehana alias Rinku, with whom he has a daughter. Shailesh Shah is an industrialist staying at Paras Bungalow, Bopal.

Nila Shah and Shailesh got married in 1985 in Mumbai and have two sons Alok (20) and Arjun (16). Shailesh bought another house in Bopal and rented it to girls, who lived there as paying guests.

Nila came to know about Shailesh and Rehana after the birth of their daughter. Subsequently, Shailesh then shifted Rehana to Sun City and used to meet her regularly. Initially, due to her children’s board exam, Nila kept quiet. Once the kids exams were over, she took up the matter with her husband.

After days of arguments, Shailesh threw Nila and her kids out of his house. He also demanded divorce from her so that he could live with Rehana. After Nila was evicted from the house, she went to the Satellite police station and lodged a complaint against her husband and Rehana.
