Additional chief judicial magistrate of Bilara, Sandeep Sharma yesterday gave the direction while hearing a complaint filed by the missing auxiliary nurse's husband Amarchand.
In more trouble to Rajasthan Water Resources Minister Mahipal Maderna, a court has ordered the police to include his name in the FIR registered in the controversial Bhanwari Devi missing case.
Additional chief judicial magistrate of Bilara, Sandeep Sharma yesterday gave the direction while hearing a complaint filed by the missing auxiliary nurse's husband Amarchand.
Amarchand had lodged an FIR after his wife, who was posted as auxiliary nurse and midwife at a sub-centre in Jaliwada village in the district, went missing on September 1.
The complaint filed in the court on Tuesday had accused Maderna of blackmailing Devi and charged him with kidnap, rape and murder.
Sharma directed the police to club Maderna's name in the FIR and clamp charges of rape, murder and criminal conspiracy against him.
Police today said that it had received the copy of the court order.
"We have received the order of the court along with the complaint filed by Amarchand (Devi's husband) in the court and will now investigate the charges on the minister," IGP Umesh Mishra said.
Meanwhile, the three absconding accused -- Shahabuddin, Sahi Ram Bishnoi and Balia -- are still untraceable.
"All of them carry a cash reward of Rs4,000, but the reward on Shahbuddin, considered to be the main accused in the case, has been raised to Rs25,000," Mishra said.
Devi, 36, who was posted as auxiliary nurse midwife at a sub-centre in Jaliwada village, around 120km from Jodhpur district, went missing on September 1. Her husband Amarchand has alleged that she was abducted at the behest of Water Resources Minister Mahipal Maderna and his associates.
Her name had sprung up sometime back after a CD which allegedly showed her in compromising position with Maderna was circulated.
