Baby killed and 21 injured in bus accident on J&K highway

A baby was killed and 21 others were injured today when a bus in which they were traveling fell into a gorge on national highway near Nagrota, about 15km from here, police said.
 
The passenger bus, on way from Jammu to Srinagar, skidded off the road and fell into the gorge while negotiating a curve in the early hours today, they said.
 
The six-month-old child, identified as Sameer from Oria in Uttar Pradesh, was killed on the spot, they said adding the injured were admitted to a nearby government hospital.
