Stepping up the attack on Ramdev and Anna Hazare team, Congress today dubbed the yoga guru as the "king of black money" while Karnataka lok ayukta Santosh Hegde as "BJP's man".

AICC general secretary BK Hariprasad also strongly opposed the demand for bringing the prime minister under the ambit of Lokpal saying it would be an "insult" to the 125 crore people who elect the prime minister.

"The prime minister should not be within the jurisdiction of Lokpal because he is elected by the people. Doing that would be an insult to the the 125 crore people who have elected him and the party to power. If there is any corruption charge against the prime minister, it should be discussed in Parliament and Parliament should take action," Hariprasad told reporters.

Attacking the civil society members led by Hazare for their "antics", the Congress leader wondered what contribution Santosh Hegde could make to the Lokpal when he as lok ayaukta of Karnataka could not take action against "most corrupt" government of BS Yeddyurappa.

He also pointed out that Hegde had resigned from the post of lok ayukta and then withdrawn his resignation after an appeal of BJP leader LK Advani.

"Hegde's actions prove that he is a BJP man...the civil society members should first advise Advani to prevail upon BJP's poster boy Narendra Modi to constitute the institution of lok ayukta in Gujarat first," he said.

Hariprasad said Ramdev was a "bhogi" and not a "yogi" and questioned from where the yoga guru  accummulated so much wealth.
