Andhra Pradesh to be in focus at business summit in San Francisco

With an aim to attract industries to Andhra Pradesh, a business summit will be held
alongside the Telugu Association of North America (TANA) conference in San Francisco (USA) in July.

Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) chairman G Sivarama Subramanyam told this to reporters yesterday.
    

He said that the business summit, will be held at the TANA conference between July 1 and 3.

"The aim of the business summit, is to encourage NRI industrialists to set up industries in Andhra Pradesh, as the
state government is encouraging industries like automobile, IT and pharmaceuticals," he said.
    

"We will also tell them about the government sops for setting up industries and IT parks in the state," he said.
    

Subramanyam added that 4,000 representatives will take part in the summit.
    

A similar business summit will also be organised at the New Jersey conference as well, he added.
