The Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) is likely to question the BJP MP from Junagadh, Dinu Solanki, in connection with the Amit Jethava murder case. Sources in the DCB said that the investigation done so far appeared to be leading to the MP.

"But Dinu Solanki is unlikely to be detained or arrested at this point of time," a source said. "He may be questioned about his alleged involvement in the conspiracy behind Jethava's murder." According to reports, the police are currently in the process of collecting corroborative evidence against those who have already been arrested.

The sources alleged that the RTI activist's murder was the result of an elaborate conspiracy. Sanjay Chauhan and Paachan Desai (alias Shiva) were arrested because they were suspected of involvement in the conspiracy, the sources said. "Prabhat Solanki, too, had played a role and this may later lead to Dinu," a source claimed. Incidentally, like Paachan Desai, Prabhat Solanki too is known by the name, Shiva.

A DCB team has been dispatched to nab Prabhat who is absconding. Sources said that the team had searched for him at his home in Junagadh and at his office but he was nowhere to be found.
