Ajay Katara, prime witness in the Nitish Katara murder case, today moved a local court seeking direction for impounding the passport of former MP DP Yadav so that he does not leave the country.

A bailable warrant was issued against Yadav for allegedly poisoning Ajay on July 12.

Katara's advocate Khalid Khan said Yadav was trying to get visa from various countries so that he may go abroad and "escape from the case".
