A Raja to launch 3G Mobile services in Puducherry tomorrow

Union minister for communications and information technology A Raja will roll out BSNL`s 3G Mobile services here tomorrow.
   
Union minister of state for planning and parliamentary affairs V Narayanasamy and chief minister V Vaithilingam would be among those who would offer felicitations, a press release from BSNL (Tamilnadu Circle) said.
   
Raja is also scheduled to lay foundation of the Software Technology Park on the premises of the Pondicherry government sponsored Engineering College at Pillaichavady on ECR Road.
   
An MoU would also be signed on the occasion between the E Governance Society of Puducherry and Information Communication Technology Academy (Tamil Nadu branch) of the Union government in the presence of Lt governor Dr Iqbal Singh and Tamil Nadu information technology minister Poongothai Aladi Aruna, among others.
   
The MOU is aimed at training all teachers in governments in operation of computers as part of the initiatives for e-learning in Puducherry, official sources said.
