3 new underground reservoirs in Delhi

Water supply is expected to improve in several areas in central Delhi with commissioning of three underground reservoirs.

Chief minister Sheila Dikshit today inaugurated the three underground reservoirs and water boosting stations at Sardar Patel Marg, East Kidwai Nagar and Kali Bari Marg.

The reservoirs and water boosting stations have been built by the Delhi Jal Board as part of its efforts to improve water distribution network in the city.
