3 killed, 20 injured as bus overturns in Madhya Pradesh

Three persons were killed and 20 others injured today when the private bus in which they were travelling overturned near Pokhar village under Maingaon police station area in Madhya Pradesh, police said.

The bus was on its way to Khargone from Sigun when the accident occurred, killing three persons on the spot.

The deceased persons were identified as Shivram Patidar, 70, Narendra Sahni, 35 and Jagdish Vankhede, 35, police said, adding the injured were admitted to the district hospital and they are reported to be out of danger.     

Local MLA Bal Krishna Patidar and the BJP district president Rajendra Yadav reached the hospital to provide relief to the victims.
